    Director of the Board

    Jeremy Leung has solidified his B.C. roots, with his brief stint in Ontario and a decade in Hong Kong, to inform the firm's relationship-focused approach. Utilizing the experience he garnered from his roles with Canada's top commercial lending bank and credit union, he applies a different lens to financing deals for clients. A CFA charter holder since 2014, Jeremy brings a depth of strategy and analysis to the team. A broker since 2015, Jeremy brings close to fifteen years of experience in commercial finance to clients and their deals. His ability to tap into his language and cultural skills has allowed him to develop a niche clientele base. He finds intricate and in-depth construction deals the most interesting and tries to find new ways for new and seasoned developers to access capital quickly and efficiently.

  • Dennis Ng

    Director of the Board

    Dennis Ng was inspired to do business differently when he left banking to pursue commercial brokering. With a focus on doing business in unbiased, unencumbered ways that provides capital access and freedom to clients, Dennis has been able to think outside the box when creating deal structures and pricing strategies to realize new client opportunities. With over sixteen years of experience, Dennis uses his in-depth understanding of bank credit approval processes to focus on relationship-centric business with clients and lenders. Dennis believes in reducing the carbon footprint of commercial buildings and has spearheaded many client fundings that focus on building green and finding sustainable energy savings for clients.

  • Shiv Panjabi

    VP of Commercial Finance.

    Shiv has over twelve years of experience in commercial banking. During this time, Shiv developed an in-depth understanding of financial analysis, credit writing processes, and long-term client relationship focus. With his knowledge and experience, Shiv can negotiate the best structure and price point for his clients, knowing exactly what his peers are looking for when analyzing and approving new deals. Shiv speaks multiple languages and is naturally entrepreneurial, and he is experienced in helping medium and large-sized enterprises refocus their financial growth goals with prudent advice. Shiv is Bachelor's in Business Administration and MBA with a major in Finance from Adelphi Univesity, NY, USA.

  • Grant Hatano

    Commercial & Real Estate Finance

    Grant has over 23 years of banking experience prior to joining the firm. Grant has worked with the Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal, Vancity, and Canadian Western Bank and has actively financed commercial and real estate loans for 20 years. Grant specializes in construction financing and has provided financing for a wide range of real estate loans ranging from $2 million to $280 million. In addition to real estate financing, Grant has worked in automotive dealership financing, cash flow lending, financial sponsor acquisition financing, and supply chain operating lines. Grant has a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University, specializing in Management Consulting.
